Monarch Stables offers a fresh approach to hunter/jumper training and instruction for all levels of riders, and full-service boarding for our equine partners. Monarch’s facility is a 56 acres equine oasis located only 13 miles from downtown Austin. Grassy rolling hills slope to tree-lined Onion Creek affording opportunities to trail ride, stroll with a friend, or even catch a fish on a quiet afternoon. Horses enjoy daily turnout, a customized training program, memory foam stall mattresses, and regular rides in the large outdoor arena and riding field. FROM I-35 TAKE THE MAIN STREET EXIT (BUDA) MAKE A RIGHT ON MANCHACA SPRING ROAD (BY CHEVRON) IT DEAD ENDS INTO OLD SAN ANTONIO ROAD. MAKE A RIGHT AND MONARCH STABLES WILL BE ON YOUR IMMEDIATE LEFT.
FROM 290/MOPAC TAKE 1st STREET SOUTH UNTIL IT DEAD ENDS INTO 1626 MAKE A LEFT AND THEN AN IMMEDIATE RIGHT ONTO OLD SAN ANTONIO ROAD. MONARCH STABLES WILL BE ABOUT 2 MILES DOWN ON YOUR RIGHT-HAND SIDE. IF I-35 LOOKS BUSY ON YOUR TRAFFIC MAP (I.E. NOT GREEN/OPEN) WE RECOMMEND TAKING 1st STREET, MANCHACA OR CONGRESS ALL THE WAY DOWN FROM 290.
